FUCHSIA SPLENDENS

A rather rare species of Fuchsia, commonly called the chili pepper fuchsia because of the shape of the flowers. It makes an upright shrub  with stunning tubed red blooms with green tips that dangle from the plant throughout the year. The flowers a followed by slender fruits.
