OXALIS PALMIFRONS

This special species of collectable Oxalis I grow just for the leaves, typically palm shaped as the name suggests. It is a shy flowerer for me, but the leaf formation alone makes it a very worthwhile addition to any collection. The bulbs make a rosette of palm shaped foliage, that lie relatively flat on the ground, certainly does not look anything like an Oxalis and soft pink flowers in the cooler months, when they do make an appearance.
